Its not too bad, definately believable, If me and two other mates gained powers, this is how we would end up.

7/10 isn't "pretty good", at least not in my book :D I don't even watch movies that have less than 80% on Rotten Tomatoes

"20" was a typo 8-)

i cant imagine going by someone else's rating is all that good an idea. afterall what i think is a good movie is not necessarily what you would appreciate.

e.g.the godfather, not a bad film but it is sooooooo overrated, many would disagree. rotten tomatoes score for part 1 and 2 is nigh on 100% but that score is probly manipulated by godfather fans to a greater or lesser extent.

An even better example is the metacritic reviews for "dear esther" jacked up near 100% by indie fanboys, and its not even a game. lol, .

the lesson here you ask? take reviews with a pinch of salt. reviews and ratings are merely a guide, not a hard and fast rule.
Dont take your opinion from the online community at rotten tomatoes watch it for yourself, you mite just like it, if u go by everyone else's views you mite just miss out on a good movie.

besides, as a ratings/review site, i only give rotten tomatoes a 7/10 lol, jks

Rotten Tomatoes only includes scores from professional reviewers. the percentage is the ratio of positive and negative reviews

I stand corrected, however a professional reviewer's opininon is only as good as anyone else's,

watch the film, and decide for yourself.

well, there's only so much time in one's life that can be dedicated to watching movies. so I'd rather not watch something that is almost universally panned. not saying that Chronicle is. in cases of movies that have a rating of 45-75% I usually turn to Roger Ebert for assistance ;) his reviews never fail me
