Alright, well, this is weird. I can't see a problem - I don't know what you've done! To top it off, it Works on my Machine (tm)!

I think it's best if I just explain what you need.

1) You don't need ANY of the respawn modules
2) You need 1 marker called respawn_west
3) You need the following respawn associated lines in your description.ext, and NOTHING ELSE (respawn related):

respawn = 3;
respawnDelay = 30;
respawnDialog = 1;
respawnOnStart = 0;
respawnTemplates[] = {"Base","MenuPosition"};
// =============================

4) You need the following in the onPlayerRespawn.sqf:

if (local player) then {
   player enableFatigue false;
};


If you do that, it should work.
